Halloween is of course a favorite holiday for most kids, but it's surprising how many adults also seem to love this fun and festive day as well!  So if you're looking for quick tips on using Halloween scrapbook paper, it might not be because you want to commemorate how the kids look in their cute little costumes!  Grown-ups want to remember the year they put so much thought into their matching outfits that they won the contest their friend was organizing or the year they decorated their house so well the neighbors all came around to admire it.  So whether you want to remember the kids and the fun they had or the grown-ups and the fun they created, here are some simple tips for using Halloween scrapbook paper.
