Wanting to commemorate one's prom is only natural; the prom is one of those occasions that young men and women look forward to all year, and perhaps even longer than that!  Putting away some photos and perhaps petals from a corsage can be a great way to do just this, as is using prom scrapbooking stickers on your pages as well.
